I helped my father put their AC in the window this morning. They've had the thing for a long time, at least 12-14 years and haven't used at all the last 10 years. It still works! Now we don't have to worry about them.

I'm sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room tonight because it's 82 degrees downstairs and 90+ upstairs in the bedrooms. With the ceiling fan running it's not too bad.
