"Captain, it's a curse," declared AF as she paced across Janeway's desk. "Commander Kate and HM Ray found a door with a pineapple on it and BAM! they disappear."

"Well, I don't think you can conclude that it was the pineapple, AF."

"Oh, what about Otter?"

"Mascot Otter has been here, AF. Granted not as often as we might like but she does return."

"Exactly Captain, Otter lives in a land filled with pineapples. She probably gets hit with them at least once a day. WHAM! She walks around in a daze because of those pineapples. And what about Ms. Diva?"

"Um, AF I doubt of Ms. Diva has pineapples falling from trees in her sector. Or does she have one on her door?"


"Considering her open-door policy, I doubt Ms. Diva even has any doors. Nope, but Ms. Diva probably has a shelf or a table made of pine and when she buys her apples and sets them down. Pine meets apple - POOF! Another Siren disappears."
