Subject: The Cubs Stink!



AF stood atop the desk in the Captain's Ready Room.

"AF what do you know about this?" inquired Captain Janeway as she held up a PADD with the words - The Cubs Stink!

"Well they don't have any closer and their bats are silent and they can't keep track of how many outs in the inning and..."

Janeway held up her hand. "No AF, I meant why is this written on the wall in Cargo Bay Two?"

"Gee Captain...Just because I live in the same Quadrant as the team doesn't mean anything. They have fans all over the Galaxy who think they stink."


"Yes AF but you're the only one here."

The turtle considered pointing out to the Captain that she was here too but decided that wasn't the best idea.

"AF it was written in crayon approximately 10 inches from the deck."

"Well it's true that I do dabble in crayons but so does Naomi Wildman and I've even seen Seven use the occasional pastel."

Janeway frowned at the mention of Seven. AF knew she had to think fast. The turtle examined her conscience which thankfully was in proportion to the rest of her and therefore quite small. T

here was only one thing to do.
