The lead mare loked up at the newcomers and nickered her welcome. A tall bay filly stood next to her dam, she no longer depended on Malakeh for food and such, but her dam was good for company. The black mare stood nearest to her stallion, shootong fairly nervous glances at the younger stallion that Ashquar had invited into the herd. SHe had never been very good with change.
