Rebel got to his feet as soon as he became free, storting the dust from his delicate nostrils. He started as he felt the wheight of the rope on his face, and the rubbing it made as he shook. She shook his head trying to dislodge it, then began to rub it on his foreleg.
Fairy trotted a nervous circle as Viking left her. Her thoughts stirred in pools of sadness at his regratable past. She arched her neck around her growing foal, not wanting him to end up in the wrong hands.
Rustic leaped nervously at the end of the lead rope, grudgingly following the theiving stud's instruction. She pinned his ears back and glared at both the horse and the rider, standing still and untamed in the swirling cloud of dust.
