 The mare stood, the rope still ahd her tangled and had restricted her movements of where she could go and hiw far. SHe winnied and stood protectivly over the paint filly when the steed got closer. She calmed, a tiny bit. The steed had the faint, yet unfamilier smell of the two legger.

The small paint foal peered out from under her dams barrel. She let out a frightened whinny, but being in her dams presence had calmed her consiterably.
