An arabian mare stood amoung the shady trees, ears forward, watching the stallion enter. Her pale face was finely dished and carven, gracefully sloping to a charcoal muzzle. Her mane flowing down upon her arched neck swept past her whithers. She smiled knowingly, easily evaluating his caution, for it was hers too. She had managed to slip into this land also, but still cautious of the ever present humans. She waited, observing his personality through his movements, swift and presise. She tossed her mane sending it in a cascade around her, like whitewater swirling in deep debths. She was glad another proud equine had entered this land, she was not alone.
