SATURDAY, AUGUST 14TH!!!!

When: Saturday August 14th, 2004
Appling County Elementary School
Baxley Georgia
Time: Registration at 12:00pm competition at 2:00pm
Crowning immediately following

Age divisions and titles: Three supremes, (0-3, 4-7, and 8-up) 0-12m, 13-23m, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16 and up. Boys 0-3 and 4 and up.

BEAUTY: $50. (Mandatory) Each contestant will compete in the beauty category on stage in formal wear. We will crown one queen per age division who will receive a crown, custom embroidered sash, and very nice back to school gift. All contestants will place as alternates and receive a nice back to school gift.

PHOTOGENIC $25. Each contestant will turn in up to 3 photos at registration. They may be black/white or color. These photos will be returned at crowning. One winner per age division will receive a back to school gift.

BACK TO SCHOOL WEAR: $25. Each contestant will compete in their favorite back to school outfit in this on-stage competition. One winner per age division will receive a very nice back to school gift.

BEST OPTIONALS: $25. These optionals include: best hair, best eyes, best smile, and best personality. Winners per age division will receive a nice back to school gift.

SUPREME PACKAGE: $90. This will include beauty, back-to-school wear, photogenic, and all best optionals. We will choose three supreme winners, 0-3, 4-7 and 8 and up. These winners will receive back to school supplies and $100 CASH!

OVER-ALL BACK TO SCHOOL WEAR: $20 . This winner will not be double crowned. One winner per overall competition will receive a crown, custom sash and a nice gift. With 25 or more contestants we will award 2 winners. 1 from 0-3 and 1 from 4-up. These winners will receive a $50 back to school CASH!

OVER-ALL MOST BEAUTIFUL $20. This winner will not be double crowned. One winner per overall competition will receive a crown, custom sash and a nice gift. With 25 or more contestants we will award 2 winners. 1 from 0-3 and 1 from 4-up. These winners will receive a $50 back to school CASH!

PAGEANT FRIEND DISCOUNT: Return your entry by the deadline with your pageant friend and you both can enter the supreme package for $75 each. Both contestants must mail in the $25.00 registration fee by the due date with no exceptions to receive this discount. Please note on the registration form the pageant friends name.

We will also award a Back to School book bag with school supplies and $50 cash each to the highest combined �friend score�.

WE WILL HAVE BACK TO SCHOOL REPLACEMENT AWARDS FRO AGES 3 AND UNDER! GREAT GIFTS!
