You do not have to be a resident of Newton County to enter. Times to Remember on 11340 Brown Bridge Rd Covington, GA ENTRY FEE: $75.00 -- Checks should be payable to the Relay for Life. (entry fees & forms must be received by October 5, 2004) ENTRY FEE includes Beauty, Photogenic (mark pictures with name & age division), Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile and Prettiest Dress. Admission: $5.00 – Adults (One parent admitted FREE w/contestant) $2.00 – Students (children 5 & under admitted free) We will have onsite photographer for picture packages & video company to purchase a video. Both companies will be donating monies from each picture package and/or video ordered. You can place your order for these items the day of the pageant. Hair & Make Up MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE. (For additional information call 770-784-1388 & leave detail message – all calls will be returned within 24 to 48 hours). ** phone # will be ready by August 3, 2004 Registration is at 12:30pm Pageant begins at 1:00pm All contestants must be at registration AGE DIVISION BABY MISS – Age birth through 18 months TODDLER MISS – Age 19 – 35 months WEE MISS – Age 3 – 4 years LITTLE MISS – Age 5 – 6 years YOUNG MISS – Age 7 – 9 years PRE-TEEN MISS – Age 10 – 11 years TEEN MISS – Age 12 – 13 years JR MISS – Age 14 – 16 years MISS – Age 17 & up ANNOUNCEMENT of MISS SPIRIT RELAY AWARDS: Queen in each age division will receive a crown, trophy, custom made banner. Runner-ups will receive trophy. Participation Trophies will be awarded. An award will be given for Photogenic winner in each age division. Special awards will be presented for Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile & Prettiest Dress in each age division. The SPIRIT AWARD will be presented to the contestant that raises the most money to be donated to Relay of Life, this contestant will receive a special made trophy, crown, & custom made banner. The WINNERS of the Miss Sweetheart Relay 2005 Pageant will reign from the date they are crowned until the date of the 2006 pageant held in October, 2005. WINNERS are required to make appearances and participate in functions as requested to do so by the NEWTON COUNTY RELAY COMMITTEE. Queens will be required to participate in the Newton County Relay Ceremonies on April 2005 & ride in the Covington Christmas Parade on December 2004.
