Subject: Chiropractor Update!

I can't say I feel 100% better, but the numbness is GONE! There is still a little bit of pain, but nothing like this morning, so I'm glad I went. By the time I got there this afternoon, the entire right side of my body was pretty much numb, felt like when your foot falls asleep.

The GREAT news is that he didn't like the idea of the long shifts I have been working. My boss had been witchy this morning about me asking for special treatment because I'm pregnant, so I was ready to call my OB and ask her to limit my hours. The chiropractor said that my lower back and right hip are out of alignment and it will only get worse the bigger I get, so he restricted me to 8 hours per day. My normal weekend shift is 11 hours on Friday and 14 on Saturday. I can't wait for this weekend now, because I will get to LEAVE EARLY!

Feeling lots better,
Kelly EDD 7/13

Hopefully if you are able to keep going things will improve in your hip and back too. I went today, I almost cancelled because I was feeling fine but...the idea of that massage was too good to resist...anyway....I didn't realize how messed up my neck was and couldn't believe how good I felt after the adjustment. Weird. I am going to keep going every 4 wks until I deliver for sure and hopefully that will prevent anything bad from happening.

Have a great weekend, and enjoy your short shifts!
