Chicken Cordon-Bleu Dinner

Rinse off boneless, skinless chicken breasts with cold water and roll in seasoned bread crumbs to coat well. Bake at 350 until done (about 20 min.) Then cover each piece with two thin slices of deli ham and top with a slice of cheese (provolone works well, but any will do). Bake another 3-5 min to melt cheese.

We serve this with rice and a veggie and it is always a hit! I usually make a few extra servings of the chicken and freeze them individually. They are a nice little lunch entree when you are in a rush!

Macaroni and Tuna Casserole!
1 box of mac and cheese
1 can cream of soup(of your choice)
1 can of tuna
1 can of green beans
DIRECTIONS:
preheat oven to 325. boil the macaroni as directed. When done just add the cheese mix, and half a can of the cream of soup. In the bottom of casserole dish mix drained can of tuna, and drained can of green beans and the other half of the cream of soup. Top with the mac n cheese. bake for 25 to 30 minutes. I like to add some cheddar cheese on top when it's done, but it tastes great either way! Serves 6!
