that I would be transporting for dc and that I do not charge for transportation (otherwise it is considered a taxi service and that is a different category for insurance and for tax purposes) the children are covered in my insurance, so I don't go that extra step to have them sign anything other than the normal permission to transport form. I am not sure it would be worth the paper it was written on when push came to shove.
