i don't know if you've heard or been keeping up on the dylan front, but there is a bit of news. hell, maybe we've all ready discussed this--i've talked about it so much lately that i can't recall the conversations. to get to the point, there is a dylan film going to be showed on pbs (i think it is in september) directed by that scorsese guy. it will be preceeded by the next cd release of his bootleg series.

this goes (until this point) without mentioning a dylan tribute album to be released by doghouse records. it's a bunch of underground bands covering dylan. on that release will be david moore (the singer of chamberlain--my namesake) covering "abandoned love." it should be a good release if you have some extra cash to burn in august.
