... but the Brazillian (or alternately known as Argentinian) steakhouse concept has already come and gone here in Lexington with a place called Tche', which was supposed to be the first of a chain of concept franchises here in Cincy and Knoxville (and beyond). MadCat and i actually went to eat there (i had gone twice before) and you paid like 25 bucks for the full course buffet and they brought around 12 or so different meats and things to your table to be carved right off the spits and had all these fabulous exotic babes walking around in like black formal wear for eye candy. they folded (not entirely helped by that nobody could pronounce or recognize the name of the place) and i'm not sure whether they were able to open the other restaurants, as this one was supposed to be their 'dress rehearsal', more or less. Cliff and i had a very long conversation with the main guy the time we went and found all this out. it sure works for Atkins.
