Her mane and tail did not whip in the wind as they had used to, her ears did not prick forward at the sound of other equines, once again, as they had used to. The powerful hooves dragged as she walked, her sleek neck no longer arched, majestic head no longer held high. She spotted Clash and wondered if he would ever forgive her. She did not raise her head, but met his eye with her own dull one. Her voice was the only thing that was anywhere near what it had been, sweet and soft, full of a beautiful melody.
