Subject: ((((HUGS))))) Lauren, I remember that day so well
In reply to: Lauren 's message, "Evie's Due Date" on 11:14:40 03/03/04 Wed

My neighbor was due on the same day with her little boy and I knew I just couldn't handle seeing the signs and visitors at her house, so we took a vacation! I too couldn't believe I should be getting ready to go to the hospital and to be scared about labor as Little Jon was my first. I felt so much older than I was.

I wish you peace. Don't try to do to much today and cry as much as you need to! Love, L.

But survive it you will...I remember all too vividly how the anticipation of that day drove me nearly insane, and then I was incenced that the day seemed to pass without notice by the world. The planet didn't stop turning, people were still out shopping and doing all the things that people do...and all I could do was cry.

I am so sorry - I know that our babies know how painful it is for us to have say goodbye long before being able to say hello...it is way out of order of the scheme of things, isn't it? Know that we love you here and we know how long and hard this path is, but we are with you every step of the way.

Sending you many many hugs...

Jo
