I was down 4lbs today!

so my total is 14.6 in 6 weeks!!!! I still can't really tell that I've lost, but it is sure nice seeing those #s go down for a change :-) And it was a very difficult week as I had 3 catered lunches and had no real way to figure out points. I just ate the best I could and skipped the giant cookies-which was hard!

Sorry for turning this into my weight loss board, but hey I need support and accountability anywhere I can. LOL!

There is support - and our losses aren't ALL there is to our lives either. This is a big deal for you and I am thrilled for you! Just absolutely overjoyed that you are conquering something that you've battled with for so long!

My inherant belief is that we are here for support - for our losses, for the anniversaries and for our triumphs. Our children would not want us to dwell on the negative and this is such a positive thing, Lynece...just continue to lead us onward!
