I, personally keep Elizabeth's hair collar to shouldre length and no more because she HATES having her hair brushed when she has snarls. It is also angled down her face to help keep it out of her eyes:-)

I did promise her when she gets older and if she wants longer hair...she can have it when she can care for it:-)
