Try not to let it get to you hun. You don't need that. Let your DH and BIL handle it. I'm sure they will realize that they are being silly and you have no control over it. Can I offer an insight on what MIGHT be happening with them - men don't know how to express their frustrations, so maybe FIL is upset about the whole thing in general, frustrated all together and especially for you guys, but he shows it wrong. Then MIL has to deal with it and is frustrated with him and her frustrations then come out all wrong, because after all she can't really take it out on him she has to live with him.

Anyhow, that may be it or not, but it's not your fault and it's not your problem. Hang in there. I so hope they call soon with GOOD news for you. Best of luck. Take care, and don't let them bother you, enjoy this time.
