1.crockpot creamy italian chicken served over rice.. can add a salad and veggie

- I can do that, it's Chicken Bake and comes in a box, just add chicken.

2. crock pot bbq meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and corn

-- Meatloaf is easy to, comes in a box, 4 minutes to cook in the microwave

3. hamburger storganoff over egg noodles.. served with veggies

-- Hamburger Helper, just add hamburger

4. steak cooked on my george foreman grill with noodle roni stuff and a veggie.. (we bought part of a cow so have quite a few steaks in the freezer)

-- We get our steaks individually packaged at Walmart, just put in a frying pan with water and cook

5. roast in the crock pot with carrots, potatoes and onions.. served with bread and butter or rolls.. and gravy (again, part of that cow)

-- in a box like meatloaf, it's called roast tips or something... 4 minutes in the microwave

6. roast in the crockpot with bbq sauce served on buns ..bbq beef sandwiches. with french fries or chips (dont mind having roast 2 days in a week because its 2 totally different flavors)

-- hmm, guess that would be sandwiches

7. tacos.. we usually just have tacos alone but you could also make spanish rice, refried beans, etc..

-- we do frozen taquitoes cooked in the toaster oven

8. chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, rolls

-- that comes in those tv dinners

9. roast in the crock pot with fajita seasoning.. can also use chicken.. then shred and put in flour tortillas and make fajitas.. serve with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc..

-- taquitoes again, I think

10. hamburgers on the george foreman .. with fries or chips.

-- yep, I can do hamburgers on my george foreman

11. we make egg rolls and have them for dinner.. they have the meat, and veggies inside them so it covers most bases and its fun to eat.

-- they come frozen too, but we don't eat them

12. taco salad.. make taco meat, put on crushed tortilla chips, with cheese, tomatoes, etc etc serve in bowls... kids like it with sour cream on it.

-- Glenn and DH occassionally make this

13. pizza night.. we dont do this often but we do occasionally have a pizza night and order in or make our own... i make dough in the bread machine. (we also like to make small ones, fold them in half and fry them...its sort of like a fried calzone)

-- DH got a pizza oven for xmas, so he uses that. We buy the $2 pizzas, though I love the digiorno ones

14. spaghetti with salad, veggie and garlic bread.

-- this one I can do, no veggies for us though spaghetti noodles, ground hamburger & prego sauce... garlic bread takes 5 minutes, just remove from bag and put in oven

15. sheperds pie

-- is this like my frozen chicken pot pies?

** I'm impressed Ginger... I can do almost your whole menu, though I am sure you don't do it all from boxes. LOL

We also eat frozen burritoes a lot, and all the different dinner bakes. I love those. 5 minutes to prepare, 30 minutes to cook. And frozen chicken cordon bleu... yum!
