I always get sharp pelvic pain when ovulating and sometimes it lasts a few days like you said. If I remember correctly, when it lasts like that it's because the cyst that releases the egg is getting bigger than usual, or it's irritation after the egg is actually released.

I've had some of the same mucus you're talking about, so part of me is wondering if I could be o'ing??? Interesting considering I'm seeing DH this weekend...ha ha! (Yes we want another one, but right now probably isn't good!).
