Subject: Anyone here on the patch birth control thing? more...

ok so I thought having my tubes tied would work for me but since theres no guarantees with my body being deformed..ugh.. I am going to have to go on something or take chances ...

dh is on the list for a V but they only do like 2 a month here and hes like # 20 something on the list..

so itll be awhile before it happens..

anyways, at my 6 week check they gave me a mini pill presc. and i havent taken any yet because dh left so theres no point in it.. i have them here to start taking when i know hes on his way home though.. though i realllllly dont want to take the pill at all..

Anyways, the base here has the new patch thing.. course I cant use it till Abby is done nursing so itll be awhile and hopefully dh will have his V by then and I wont have to worry about it.. but just in case..

just wondering if anyone here is using it and have you had any side effects?

Ive read websites on it, read info on it, have one friend at church doing fine on it.. so I dont need the sites or info on the 'medical side' of it.. just want some personal views on it..

i think it would be a lot easier than remembering to take a pill ...

and obviously i have time to think about it.. i dont need anything till dh gets home and like i said abby is still nursing and will be for awhile.. so im just asking for future reference..
