You are already raising those kids on your own. Addicts just get worse when they are using so even if you stayed he wouldn't be much help to you.

Seek out some legal advise and find out your rights about child support etc. Talk to your DH and tell him you know he is using again and that your are leaving him. Wasn't this what you told him the last time? Try to work out child support and visitation in a civilized manner. If you can work this out together you can avoid the courts and all the added costs. If not make sure you know your legal rights.

Change is scary and difficult but once you get through it your life will be much better. You will also improve the lives of your children. When they are old enough to understand why you can tell them.

Your family and everyone here is there for you no matter what you do, no judgments. Take a moment to look at things in a positive light and know that life does go on and things will be good again.
