Subject: "No" on the leather
In reply to: Colin 's message, "Considering buying a Xterra" on 15:25:59 07/18/12 Wed

I say "Buy the Xterra." (Big surprise.)

But I hate, hate, hate the idea of leather in an X. It's just so contrary to everything the vehicle stands for. (Right up there with lowering it and but horrible chrome wheels on it.)

Instead, get yourself some waterproof seat covers.

As far as trim goes, I always liked the stripped-down, bare bones models the best. But that's just me. Any version of the Xterra will make you happy it seems to me.
