That is exactly what you want. I know I am generalizing, but the proverbial car that was "owned by a little old lady who only drove it to church on Sunday", isn't what you want. Because the little old lady doesn't change the oil and rotate the tires like the guy you bought a truck from did.

That's just been my experience, and I've see a lot of trades over the past 20+ to know that's just how it is.
