Jim, look down 3 subjects to mine: "Has anyone removed their rack?"

I 'took it all off'... with the pictures to prove it! And I'm takin some flack! If you read through my (too long) post you'll find my description of rusting "rivnuts" and their (seemingly) weak attachment... You actually had one tear out? Did you load it past the "125 lb limit?"

If you're considering removing the wind fairing, do us a favor and check your gas mileage before hand -- then give us an updated mileage check afterwards. ...If you're like me, you're considering removing it for a sleeker profile, thus better gas mileage..? I'd never checked mine prior to removing my fairing, then lastly the roof rack. But be forewarned - your voice gets higher!
