And I am happy with it. It flows better, and is quiet until you are at full throttle..... and even then it is not too loud.

I combined it with a K and N (drop in) filter. No noticeable mileage gains (maybe a bit), but definitely pulls a load better.

Installed it myself in 30 minutes with simple tools.
