Instructions on how to change the settings:

This will change your computers internet settings - In your (bottom left corner of the windows screen) start>settings>control panel>Internet options>connections.. click on 'LAN Settings' again tick the Use Proxy serevr for your LAN

In the field for Address put: 62.252.32.11 (or whichever of the numbers listed above you want really!)
In the field for the Port put: 8080


It should work without restarting






If that hasn't done the trick, then it may be your browser is configured to use a specific proxy server. If so...

Put the numbers in the settings of your internet explorer (or other interweb browser). Go to the tools menu, and go to.. tools>internet options>connetions.. and click on 'LAN settings'. Tick the Use Proxy serevr for your LAN

In the field for Address put: 62.252.32.11 :
In the field for the Port put: 8080



It should work without restarting
