事實上有很多住公屋的人士都是有錢過住私人樓的人,但亦有很多住公屋的人真的需要住租平的公屋的。
我覺得好矛盾,的確對於住公屋的人在租金方面每月都要付多一些錢,是一個負擔,而且長時間積聚,花在租金方面的確有一定的大數目的。
但我們再看看房署吧!早幾年的金融風暴令到樓價大滑,售樓方面真的很差,市場生意不好,如果政府在這時候再繼續售居屋的話,可以說雪上加霜!樓市只會一缺不振,而發展商亦在這個時候施壓要政府停售居屋。政府於是停售居屋,於是政府又少了一個收入的來源。而政府要興建一棟的樓宇當然要一定的資金啦,但房署是以比私人樓租金便宜的價錢出租給一些有需的人,不要忘記,要收回興建的費用需要好幾年的時間才能達致收支平衡,而在金融風暴前樓市是非常之旺盛的,政府興建完一個屋h又一個,又什麼八萬五,房署所興建的單位是非常之多的,但金融風暴之後,樓市非常之差,有幾多人會敢買樓呢?房署剩下的居屋有很多,然後又停售居屋,宜至現在都有很多很多的居屋是留空的!房署興建這麼多樓但又不能賣,興建費已花了,但又不能賺回!房署現在可以說是非常之窮!
政府可以是虧本去租樓給市人的!房署又要另聘請管理員清潔員等管理一個屋h!每月所花費的金錢亦是一個頗沈重的負擔!
近期房署為了資金的問題已削減人手了!但如果真的要賠償給居民就真的可怕了!我覺得可能真的要再削減人手去平衡翻支出的問題!所以真的難以想像會如可!
