　　目前正進行動工前的最后一道程序——可行性研究編制；大橋有望在2014年建好
　　本報北京消息　特派記者王雷、許琛、傅漢榮報道：全國人大代表、廣東省發改委主任李妙娟昨日向本報記者透露：港珠澳大橋的招標工作年內無法完成，目前該項目正在進行可行性研究編制，這是大橋動工前的最后一道程序。
　　爭議多時的港珠澳大橋融資方案日前正式出爐，隨后將啟動投資者招標準備工作。昨日，全國人大代表、省發改委主任李妙娟告訴記者，廣東正在全力以赴推進該項目，“目前正在修編大橋工程可行性研究報告，爭取盡快上報給國務院審批立項，批完這個就可以干了”，李妙娟代表說，這是個復雜的問題，程序沒那麼快，因而招標工作今年不能完成。
　　據香港媒體報道，曾致力推動大橋項目“上馬”的全國政協委員、香港新標志集團總裁黃景強認為，若盡快招標，加上一切工程順利，大橋可望較三地政府原訂的時間表(2014年)早一年落成。李妙娟代表表示，爭取大橋在2014年完工，不過具體還要看開工時間。
　　有香港媒體稱，港珠澳大橋將為多地合作開一個好的先例。港珠澳大橋之后，廣深港高速專線、港深機場合作等跨境大型基建項目，應該可以較順利地進行。
