長壽與抗癌有共同基因

基因 科學家發現一種能促進長壽，又能抑制癌細胞生成的基因。該種控制蛋白質的基因名為INKa，會隨著年齡增長而變得愈來愈活躍，最後又被新生的細胞取代，重新再生身體組織，不過一旦演變成癌症，人體組織就無法自行修復。

研究以老鼠為對象，觀察該蛋白質在不同的區域內生成幹細胞或分化能力上的差異程度。結果顯示，在每個不同的實驗中，隨著老鼠年齡增長，該蛋白質的成長程度和幹細胞再生的能力都變得很慢。 (都市)
