銀監會警惕銀行3大風險


風險 中國銀監會主席劉明康提醒，銀行業要高度關注的3大風險，包括除市場風險外，還有因產能過剩及產業結構調整造成的信用風險，及與案件頻生所造成的操作風險。

劉明康表示，為進一步防範化解中國銀行面對的風險，銀監會將對房地產假按揭貸款及土地儲備貸款等進行專項檢查，並嚴格執行資本充足和撥備充分的監管要求。 (都市)
