I know how you feel... I was to lose weight so bad I can't even look at food anymore. It makes me sick just thinking about it. Every time I'm hungary, I just look at pics of how I want to be and I get motivated. chew gum and drink lots of water. Use crest white strips. You can't eat with them on and you will have time to think about what you want to eat before just goiing for it.
