This advice is really helpful. I am 18 years old and wight 180 lbs. I was anarexic 2 years ago, and I was 115 then. When I started eating again, I gained 65lbs. This advice has helped me stay "alive" I'm not so weak as I was when I just didn't eat, and I don't look as sickly. I haven't reached my goal but I lost over 15lbs in a week. It helped me a lot!!!!!!!!! Thankyou:)
