Hi! My name is Hebert at hcentrone@juno.com. Yes, you can pre judge a certain character of person without any scientific proof. Sarah, I am working in new Criminal Profiling technique. I divided criminal into 12 groups. Depending on each crime one of those 12 groups would more or less active than any other group. Also these criminals groups are geographicly distributed different very differently from town to town and from county to county.
My study was done on sexual offenders and murderers.
Also you can go to blogger.com, check Criminal Date Profiling.

Good luck to you!

Sincerely,

Hebert centrone
