Subject: Sorry to burst bubbles........but

There is no such job. Criminal profiler, that is. Sure there are precious few people out there who are criminal profilers. A handful with the FBI and such…a dozen or so around the world making a living doing this.

For the most part, they are often as wrong as right about the folks they “profile”. This is a niche in psychology that never really took off (except on television of course).

If you are interested in psychology in this field, a more realistic career goal might be forensic psychology working in law enforcement, or working in the prison system.
