I know someone that has suggested to me that I should slip my boyfriend Anti-buse in his beer to cure him from abusing alchohol. ie;(Anti-buse:a drug that is prescribed by phycision only to make a person vomit and very sick if he/she consumes any alcoholic beverage.)This is something that I could never do to anyone! I was disgusted by his suggestion. After talking with this person I had remembered that on at least two occasions this person had offered me a glass of orange juice before going to a party. He told me that the orange juice would keep me from getting a hangover. I drank the orange juice because he sounded so sinsere. On both of these ocations after arriving at my destination I was offered a drink. being a social drinker I asked for a glass of red wine. I didn't get past a couple of swallows of my wine and became very sick throwing up. Of course I excused myself both times thinking I had a flue virus.
I need to know is this a crime? what kind of criminal offence is it? What kind of person fits this profile?
