The small buck stared at the filly in confusion. -Stuck? Not stuck.- His mind wheeled furiously, trying to decipher why Divination was laughing at him. Was something wrong with girls? With wide eyes, he risked a glance at her mother, who was currently watching her older son fend off an unwanted visitor.

That, the palomino mare decided firmly, is one part of queenship I will not show the fillies.

Ebony flicka smiled good-naturedly at the young one's confusion. ~~You're going to have to live with me. Your not really stuck.~~ Her voice was kind, but a little confused. Turning up to the palomino goddess who had saved her from her hades, she struggled for words. What was she to call her? Setling on the easiest for now, she spoke, a little timid. ~~Umm...I heard some fillies talk about some sort of competition. What are they talkin 'bout? I'm kinda con-fused.~~ She struggled a bit over the more complex word, but when she spit it out, looked over at Phoenix, proud of them both for their coming mastery of this language.
