"I haven't seen him," she admitted softly, regret evident in her voice. "I'm afraid I've driven him off for good. Even if he were around, I don't know what I could possibly offer him." Her words were the truth, that much she knew. Her broken heart fluctuated between the desire to pursue him and the desperate hope that Quinault would somehow return. Flicking one ear in irritation at her own fickleness, she turned to Lil'. "What about Diesel and the rest of your entourage of admirers?" she asked lightly, her tone mildly teasing.

*She nodded slowly, catching the tone of her voice she smiled softly* "You liked him alittle, didn't you." *Treads softly, knowing the other still liked Quinault, even if it was so long ago. She herself couldn't forget Haven or the others she'd meet and loved, all in one way or another. If only as a friend* "I think I can speak on that statement." *Says this rather firmly, but kindly* "You could offer him your sweet smile, your brillant ideas, and most of all your friendship and in time...maybe more." *She gave a smile, that witherd to a confusing smirk* "I don't know where they went..." *Dial lowerd, this time it was her turn to fill uncertain*

(We sure have issues finding stallions don't we for our sweeties...)
