A STATION CLEANER WAS HELD-UP THE OTHER DAY AT A STATION IN MANHATTAN THE GUNMAN CAME UP BEHIND THE CLEANER WHO WAS WORKING IN A DESERTED AREA AND ASK THE CLEANER TO HAND OVER HIS WATCH AND HIS WALLET. THE CLEANER TOOK OUT HIS WALLET AND TOOK OF HIS WATCH AND GAVE IT TO THE GUNMAN. HE THE CLEANER FEARED FOR HIS LIFE. THE GUNMAN RAN OFF. THE CLEANER RAN TO THE MAIN BOOTH AND CALLED STATION CAMANED AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAD HAPPEND. THE SUPERVISOR CAME ON THE STATION AND ASKED THE CLEANER WHAT HAD HAPPEND. THE CLEANER TOLD THE SUPERVISOR WHAT HAD HAPPEND THE SUPERVISOR SAID WRITE A STATEMENT. THE CLEANER WROTE THE STATEMENT AND GAVE IT TO THE SUPERVISOR WHO TOLD THE CLEANER TO GO FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO LABOR RELATIONS AND GIVE THEM A STATEMENT ON WHAT HAPPEND. SO THE CLEANER DID THAT. WHEN HE GOT TO LABOR RELATIONS THE NEXT DAY THEY SPOKE TO HIM AND SAID THAT YOU SHOULD OF LET SOMEONE KNOW THAT YOU WERE IN THAT PART OF THE STATION. YOU DID NOT LET ANY BODY KNOW. SO WE HAVE TO GIVE YOU A 3 DAY SUSPENDTION FOR THIS. WHY? IT WAS'NT MY FULT I WAS DOING MY JOB. SUPPOSE I WAS KILLED THEY WOULD NOT CARE. THIS IS THE MTA'S WAY OF DOING BUISSNES. THE CLEANER LOST 3 DAYS PAY FOR BEING HELD-UP. IT IS A DAM SHAME THAT THE MTA DOES THIS TO IT WORKERS.
