That's a BOLD prediction! You are right CBS would likely not replace GL, although a BOLD move to 60 mins perhaps?
Would that be BEAUTIFUL? :) Probably not since I love B&B as a half-hour, but who knows? Maybe Brad can pull off an hour show, I'd certainly watch, I'd even watch a 3rd Bell soap, maybe a combined spin-off of Y&R and B&B!

I believe GL's days are numbered, but June? I suspect CBS will give Conboy at least 6 months to a year to do his stuff. And of course there are the recent Lucy Johnson rumors of her leaving, if they get a replacement, he/she could dump GL or they (like Fronzie with PC) thinks he/she can save it, and give it more time. Of course whats been saving GL for a long time now, are the falling ratings for the other shows, if that across the board trend continues, don't write off GL just yet. Of course there will come a point, GL will get so low, it won't be profitable anymore and then for sure, they will be canceled.

Maybe Fronzie won't even let them film a final episode!
With the advanced taping scheduele, PC could wrap up production, take a scheduled break, Fronzie decides the show is canceled, and simply lets the episodes run out.
The one things Fronzie MUST do, make damned sure they replace PC with SOMETHING! Same thing with GL at CBS!
Even if its not a soap, a talk show, game show, some network program MUST be aired to ensure that time doesn't get back to the affiliates in any official manner.
NBC were idiots to lose the 1230pm-1pm and 3pm-4pm EST timeslots.
