haha! I did look at your message title like that. :-)

I just don't know if Days can do it this year. TV Guide has hyped up Passions non-stop and they've barely been recognized so I don't think anyone will pay attention to Days just because of TV Guide, as usual. Plus the voters have a hisotry of ignoring the sci-fi shows. How can emmy voters seriously give recognition to a show that featured two naked teenagers coming out of an egg-shaped ship? (Nanoo, Nanoo!) Hopefully the voters will remember this type of crap that will surely not be featured on Days Emmy submission.

Also, I don't think there's even a comparison between Chloe's cancer storyline vs. Ashley's on Y&R. Days comes off looking like a "Lifetime" movie of the week while Y&R did a very good job. I would not be surprised to see Eileen Davidson winning the Emmy this year.

As for Sammi, while I do like Alison Sweeny a lot, I think this story does not come close to the whole Sheila/Mary comeuppance on B&B.

I imagine that Days will get some Emmy nominations but their dry spell in actually winning will continue....hopefully!
