I can't say I disagree Kyra. I think daytime is WAY too obsessed with looks.

Look at Melissa Hayden, Monti Sharp, Patrika Darbo, Darlene Conley. All of whom were good actors aqnd certainy weren't casted because they were model material.

Melissa Hayden's not working in daytime anymore and that's a damn shame, because she would make a great additon to ANY soap opera.

But if they have to have pretty faces, GOD, someone get an acting coach for the cast! You have to admit that green Susan Ward and stiff Clive Robertson loosened up when Katherine Daly was the on-set acting coach.

I think Passions(even though I don't care for the storylines or the actors in general) would do well in the Nielsens if they hired an acting coach. Without good actors, how can anyone possibly make this believeable?
