Passions has nothing to do with it. Remember AW's cancelation was to replace it with Passions. SUBE's cancelation was due to low ratings. Any cancelation right now of DAYS will be the result of Corday/SONY/NBC not being
able to reach an agreement on a new contract. NBC is fully committed to airing DAYS, even with the recent ratings drop.
At least for now! Of course if DAYS drops another rating point, things change.

>Days might get another network or go to syndication,

who would want them? No one comes to mind. This is why Corday/SONY will accept the terms of a new contract. DAYS remains on NBC for a while.

>I don't see Days of our Lives's future with NBC being too >rosy right now. JMO.

DAYS doesn't have a long-term future. Like the other dinosaurs its all over for them. But right now NBC is committed to securing a new contract for DAYS.
