HELLO EVERYONE!

I just wanted to send out another little reminder for the upcoming Georgia NES Pageant! For those of you who have paid your deposits THANK YOU! I'm so excited to see you all! For those of you who haven't I have one final deal. The new ULTIMATE PACKAGE price of $275.00 deadline has been extended until Friday, July 17th ONLY! The price will increase to $300 after that until July 30th and then after that it will be $350.00 until August 14th! August 14th is the deadline for ALL payments to be received in full! Any funds received after August 14th - 21st will NOT receive any discounts and will have to pay FULL price listed on the application. With this being the first year I can NOT accept door entries! I want to be sure everyone has a prize and award and will not be ordering any extra.

So be sure to NOT miss out on the best deal, which is the ULTIMATE package for $275.00. This includes EVERYTHING, except your room. It includes Beauty, Casual, Swim/Fitness, Photogenic, Overall Most Beautiful, Talent, All 4 side awards (Best Smile, Hair, Eyes & Personality), Stage Shots, DVD of pageant, 1 parent admission pass, Registration FEE, Plus any extra categories I add =) Considering you will get a MINIMUM of $100.00 credit up to ALL of your package price discounted off of your Nationals Fees, This is an UNBELIEVABLE deal!

Mr. Tim WILL be our emcee and I'm so excited and honored to have him at the 1st Annual Georgia NES Pageant! This pageant will become a lifelong tradition in pageants and you sure won't want to miss it! I've ordered the sashes and they are BEAUTIFUL!! Peach/Salmon Satin embroidered sashes with Rhinestones! They are going to make a GREAT addition to your awards cases!! I'm ordering the crowns this week and they are GORGEOUS!! FULL Round Rhinestoned and VERY display worthy!

Ms. Leigh Murphy (From Head to Toe Pageantry and Crown Hogs) is going to be available for H&M and tanning. She does have very limited space left available, so contact her quickly if you're interested :) She also designs some amazing pageantwear!!

Just a reminder that NES (Naturally Elegant & Simple) is a Natural Pageant System. So ALL Hair and Makeup must be minimal and AGE appropriate or points will be deducted. NES does NOT allow any falls, wiglets, hairpieces, fake eyelashes, or flippers. Basically Nothing Fake.... They DO allow tanning and nail tips, but that's it! We want Natural looking Hair and Makeup! There is NO ATTIRE score. Anything is acceptable. So whether you wear a full glitz dress or a dress from Sears, you will NOT be judged on the dress. You just want to make sure your clothes are a good fit and color for the contestant!

It is still early, but thus far we do NOT have anyone in the following age divisions: Baby - 0-23 months, Wee 2-3 years old, Teeney 4-5 years old, Junior 12-13 years old, Junior Teen 14-15 and the Boy Divisions! Alot of you have expressed an interest, but I haven't received deposits yet! Please forward this to anyone you know as this is a STATE TITLE! NES does not pro-rate awards, so if there is only one contestant in the division, the Title WILL be awarded!!

All of you doing talent need to let me know what your requirements are as far as dance floor, stage, microphone, etc. All talent routines will be limited to 2.5 Minutes!

**** I have decided for fun to add a WESTERN WEAR category for all age divisions. This will be an "extra" title and will only have 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and OVERALL Title (Combined for all age divisions, not per division)! For those of you getting the ULTIMATE Package, this is already included :) For everyone else, it will be available at the door for $25.00! ****

Don't forget about the referral program.... If you got the ULTIMATE PACKAGE and refer someone who pays for the ULTIMATE PACKAGE before August 1st, I will give you $25 credit towards your fees. Please keep in mind in order to get credit they MUST put your name under the referred by section of the application!

Also keep in mind I am offering a Sibling Discount. For Siblings, The first one pays for the ULTIMATE Package and the Sibling gets the ULTIMATE package 1/2 off. This would only give you one DVD of the pageant, but 2 parent admission passes and stage shots for both :)

Remember to BOOK YOUR ROOM BEFORE AUGUST 7th, 2009 in order to get the NES group rate of $79/Night. These rooms are amazing! They are at the Hyatt Regency Suites in Marietta, GA and are ALL 650 square foot suites! AMAZING!! Most people are staying Friday night to take advantage of the FREE modeling clinic! The pageant is all day Saturday and some people have chosen to stay Saturday night, but it's all up to you!!

I WILL be attending Nationals with any of my girls! NES is VERY affordable at the National level and I will have the paperwork available at my pageant! They give away OVER $30,000 in cash and prizes and you won't want to miss it! I know Georgia NES is going to have a GREAT showing and hope we come home with the UGS National Title!

I am planning on being a very involved director! I feel that if you took the time to work hard and come to my pageant to win your title, that I should work hard all year long rewarding you for your success! My Ultimate and Grands will be doing special events all year during their reign like parades, trips, gatherings and they will be receiving special gifts from me for Birthdays, Christmas, Etc. I want you to feel special and part of the NES family! NES is about YOU! So come and join us. I'd love to have you as part of the NES family! These friendships will last a lifetime!
