Q:When is the time to report back to ytn after we graduate?
A:You should report back to yayasan ASAP after you graduate. We know when our students will be graduating & usually we want them to report back to yayasan
once they have their transcript & certificate. The most important thing is the transcript laa. We won't allow a student to report with yayasan without a transcript. U can ask your university to produce a transcript for you.

Q:What's next?
A:Once you report with us, we will send your name to TNB, HR division. Then you can make an appointment with miss tan ah yoke (HR) to do a test - personality test. HR will call you for an interview later. Let say, u have done your interview & TNB offers you a job. It's a must for you to
accept the offer as you are our scholar & if you reject the offer, we will consider you as breach of contract & u have to pay back the scholarship to us. If I'm
not mistaken, for overseas students, usually they have to pay back RM130,000. If you accept the offer, you will be put under a program called Program Eksekutif Pelatih (PEP) with RM1900 as a starting salary. Upon confirmation (usually a year) , you will receive RM2300++. Under PEP, u
have to undergo trainings with TNB.

Q:What happen if we weren't offered a job by tnb? can we be released without paying anything to ytn?
A:If you weren't offered a job with TNB after the interview, u are allowed to work anywhere that u desire. But within a year after you reported back, TNB
has the rights to call you back to work with them anytime that they want. If u dah kerja with other company during that time, you terpaksa juga kerja dgn TNB if not we will consider it as breach of contact. After a year, if TNB
still tak panggil kerja juga, consider lepas laa. If TNB panggil u untuk kerja after a year, you boleh tolak that offer & takkan dikenakan apa-apa tindakan - breach of contract. YTN will not guarantee u a job with TNB. HR
TNB yang akan decide. YTN cuma akan hantar nama students sahaja. The next Intake for pep for this year r in June & dec. for june, the interview will be in april. So u should register with ytn before april laa..

A:Takla semestinya register by april. If u nak masuk kerja dgn tnb awal, means this june, u kena register b4 april but if u grad after april, boleh register gak tapi may be HR akan panggil interview untuk intake bulan dec but if u are lucky, probably HR akan consider untuk interview awal. The most important thing right now is register. About interview tuh, belakang kira.That one kira urusan HR TNB but yang YTN tahu intake ada 2 kali je - June & dec. if tak nak menganggur lama sgt, registerla awal. If terlepas tuk intake june, kena tunggu la intake dec. while waiting for the intake, u boleh rehat-rehat or buat part time. for scholars TNb especially budak overseas, peluang nak dpt masuk kerja dgn TNB tuh cerah sikit. I can say 98% akan
dpt especially bila budak scholar dah tinggal sikit je sekarang nih.

anyway, since dalam masa 2 ari more than 4 people tanyer aku soklan sama, aku nak kasik tahu..aku tak extend..hehe..itu jek...
