His timing, as usual, was right on, because she had been just about to abandon her tidying duties and head over to the couch to settle down and give him a call - but her phone rang first anyway and so she gave up what she was doing and reached for it on the counter. "Hey handsome." Her voice was soft but the tone sweet as she leaned against the edge of the counter, bent over with her elbows resting on the surface. He was so predictable these days, but she loved it - the stability was very welcome after their tumultuous past couple of years. "What's goin' on?" He smiled at the sound of her voice and reached up to turn down the tv a bit as he held the phone between his shoulder and his ear. "Not a whole lot, watchin' the braves game...what are you up to?" He was planning on going over there later, though they hadn't talked about it, it was just kind of a given. He didn't like he staying alone there and he didn't like being alone so it worked out nicely for them to spend the night there together and for him to have some mindblowing sex while keeping her company. Man, he seriously loved having a girlfriend. Sometimes his thoughts were so purely male...there were times that he fully appreciated her - well he always fully appeciated her but there were times he would really sit down and think about all the ways she made his life better but then there were other times he was just a total boy.
