I have been told by my physiologist tat the nerves in my neck are inflammed and the inflammation goes down both arms. I cannot put on my bra without turning it around to the front to do up; I can hardly pull up my jeans; I have trouble sleeping because of the pain in my shoulders; I cannot vacuum or dust; I cannot wash my back in the shower;I cannot reach backward at all; it is hard even to apply deodorant in my armpit. There are probably more situations that hurt me but at this moment can't think of any more right now. I was refused coverage for treatment after being assessed for bursitis, which probably was the wrong assessment procedure. This neuropathy may have been caused by use of statins for high cholesterol and may be reversable but am going to try omething called BioLife2 from the states which is a statin alternative. I am terribly frustrated because the Chronic Pain Clinic is quite a distance from my residence and I have to use the Whitemud, of which I am very nervous of driving because of the traffic on that stretch of roadway. I don't know what else to say. I live in Edmonton, Alberta.
