Fms is a syndrome that involves widespread painand fluctuating fatigue. Unfortunately you can't get rid of the pain entirely and you will have flairups but some things you can do for relief are hot baths,rest, deep breathing. less stress. and exercise[ e.g. walking stretching, tai chi] -start off slow and very gradually add extra steps as you feel better and back off during flairups. Hope this helps
