i also get numbness in my fingers and toes sometimes.. they go yellow in the cold sometimes too.. even when it doesnt feel that cold to me..
i have tried the muscle relaxants and they are helful to sleep and i have also tried amytriptelene.. its an anti depressant and anti inflammatory pain killer.. it helps to sleep but you dont feel teh effects for a month or so
i have come off that now cuz i feel that though it helps me sleep i have trouble waking up in the morning and being sharp
now i am using vioxx.. its a relatively expensinve non steriod anti imflammatory used for pain relief and has less side effects..
its alright though i am looking for something better

i am told there are many other options..

good luck to you janice
